After the ticket machine problem has been discovered by the driver, he should check immediately if EuroPark controler is present in the parking area. If yes, please inform him about parking machine failure.
In any other case, the driver is kindly requested to forward the information about inactive ticket machine and its parking zone to the phone number indicated on the ticket machine label.
